Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of mintedbook.com, including the GrowthFi Matrix assessment and team-session features, book purchases, and requests for strategy sessions. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

Minted is intended for adults and business users. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the GrowthFi Matrix. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to Minted, contact us at hello@mintedbook.com so we can review and address it.

The site and GrowthFi Matrix

The site is currently offered free of charge, except for books and any separately agreed paid services. The GrowthFi Matrix, assessments, summaries, and plans provide general marketing education and planning support. They are not a promise of business results or a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating the information and deciding what actions to take. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Minted’s control.

If you use an AI tool with your results, its output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review it and use your own judgment before acting on it.

Your submissions

You retain your rights in the information and materials you submit. You give Minted permission to host, store, reproduce, and process those submissions as needed to operate the site, save your sessions, generate results, provide support, improve the GrowthFi Matrix, and conduct the research and marketing described in the Privacy Policy. This permission is non-exclusive and limited to those purposes.

You confirm that you have the rights and authority to submit the information and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or a confidentiality obligation. Do not submit sensitive personal data, payment card data, or confidential information belonging to a client, employer, or other person unless you have permission and the feature is intended for it.

Minted content and permitted use

Minted and its licensors own the site and its content, including the book, GrowthFi Matrix, frameworks, text, graphics, software, and branding, subject to any third-party rights. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site and your results for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create a competing product from Minted’s content or framework; use automated means to scrape or extract site content; reverse engineer the site; interfere with its operation or security; or use it unlawfully. You may not remove ownership notices. Any rights not expressly granted remain with Minted or its licensors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, disrupt other users, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the site to violate law. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or Minted, or to address a violation of these Terms.

Accessibility Assistance

If you need help accessing information, using an assessment feature, or completing a purchase on the site, please contact hello@mintedbook.com. Include the page or feature you need help with and a brief description of your request. We’ll work with you to provide assistance or another way to access the information or service.

Book orders and payments

Book orders are placed through our checkout provider, and payments are processed by Stripe. The checkout will show the applicable price and any taxes, shipping, delivery, cancellation, or return terms before you complete an order. Your payment information is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If an order issue arises, contact hello@mintedbook.com. Order confirmations and payment processing do not change any mandatory rights you may have under the laws where you live.

Paid strategy-session requests

Submitting a strategy-session form is a request for Minted to contact you; it does not itself book a session or create a paid engagement. Any paid session will be subject to the scope, timing, price, and other terms agreed with you separately in writing. We may use the email address you submit to respond to your request.

Third-party services and links

Some site functions rely on third-party services or link to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Minted does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or practices. Your use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Availability and disclaimers

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site or its features. The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Minted disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, security, or any particular marketing or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minted will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the site or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minted’s total liability for all claims relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to Minted for the relevant product or service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Minted for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of material that infringes another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from Minted’s own acts or omissions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires a different result.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site or our services change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
